Sustainability

Today, Supply Chain Sustainability is more than a great idea to make the world a better place; it is something that is firmly on the boardroom agenda and of strategic importance to each and every business. A sustainable purchasing approach addresses Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through your supply chain practices. It allows you to achieve your CSR goals while not compromising wider corporate objectives.

Most companies now publish CSR policies or include details of key initiatives within annual reports; however, the supply chain can be the one area that presents the most challenges and finding acceptable solutions here continues to elude many organizations. We can help.

Our Sustainable Purchasing Programs are designed to help organizations create and sustain the necessary momentum to make sustainable purchasing a reality. Our programs combine education with results delivery aligned with your overall organizational goals. For the latest Supply Chain Sustainability thought leadership, read our latest Insights

How we can help

We can work with your organization to identify what ‘good’ looks like in terms of CSR in your supply chains, ensuring alignment with wider corporate objectives. We can help you to:

  • Identify the framework against which you can assess and measure CSR compliance and achievements.
  • Integrate Supply Chain Sustainability principles within standard and established sourcing approaches, such as Category Management and Supplier Relationship Management, into your organization.
  • Train your teams in Supply Chain Sustainability and develop their roles to make this happen.
  • Work with your teams to identify and deliver a prioritized series of Supply Chain Sustainability improvement programs designed to tackle the highest impact areas in your supply chains.

We offer a range of Supply Chain Sustainability education and training workshops, all of which can be customized to your organization. We can include both training and a workshop element to work on real issues in your business, with delegates developing their own CSR action plan for specific categories or supply chains.
