How our public courses work
To book a place on one of our public courses you can either pay by credit card through our on-line store or you can place an order or provide an email instruction and we will send you an invoice. Once we receive your payment we will send you a welcome pack containing details of the course, a full course shedule and agenda, directions and details of local hotels (and our corporate rates) and details of the areas.
When you attend the first thing is to get to know you and for you to get to know the other delegates. You will receive a full course pack with the full colour workshop manual that accompanies the course together with any other handouts specific to the course. These are yours to keep and use in the course of your work. Coffee, tea and lunch is provided and if there is sufficient interest from enough delegates we can organise evening activities.
