This 3 day course is a complete run through all aspects of leadership and gives delegates a memorable experience as well as a series of tools, techniques and self reflection that will help improve their personal style and approach in the workplace. The 3 day course places an emphasis on learning by doing with a series of interactive exercises and games to illustrate key contents. The 3 day also includes personality and team interaction assessments to help individuals understand more about themselves and how they interact in a team.
Leadership development - 2 day course
The two day leadership development course contains most of the content found on the 3 day, but with more classroom based tuition. Delegates explore a series of personal and leadership concepts and approaches that can be applied back in the workplace to help overall effectiveness and personal development.
