At Positive Purchasing we believe that there is more to life than business. We hold the view that we, like all other businesses, have a responsibility to do something that makes a Positive Contribution to the world we live in.

The philosophy behind Positive Contribution is to help support a select group of projects and causes that help enable people to develop and realise their potential, especially where those people do not have access to the basics we take for granted.

Every year or so we select a handful of projects or causes to support. We will then make contributions to these projects based upon the success of our business. We will also encourage our clients to support these with us. We select these on the basis of an opportunity to help enable people to realise their potential, ideally where it is most needed. We also select projects based upon the degree of 'on-the-ground' or local support and liaison to ensure our contribution gets to where it is needed and where there are no or minimal administration fees and the ability to get real feedback and see real progress.
