Our Lite Touch skills transfer coaching support programs provides periodic one-to-one support and clinics to review activity and provide focussed guidance for the next steps. This solution is an extremely cost effective approach to help get purchasing projects moving.

Skills transfer coaching support - We place experienced practitioners alongside your key individuals to coach them and work together to deliver key procurement projects. Initially the coach takes the lead to get the project moving however over time this moves into coaching and mentoring your key people as they step up and take the lead, leading to the individual being fully trained and self sufficient. This intense coaching approach is hugely beneficial and allows organisations to both get the results fast whilst dramatically increasing organisational capability.
