Our Red Sheet™ training is available in a variety of formats structured around either the Full Red Sheet™ or the Red Sheet™ Lite. Unlike other negotiation training courses, ours is specifically designed for the Purchasing community and links purchasing tools such as Kraljic/Portfolio to the negotiation.

The 3 day advanced course 'full Red Sheet™'  and the 2 day intermediate Red Sheet™ Lite course feature team based video role play sessions. We can also offer these courses with the option of one-on-one video role plays.

The training takes delegates through the process of planning the negotiation and working with a team to run the event itself. Delegates learn about the balance of power in a negotiation, linking negotiation with business requirements and tactics, techniques and behaviours for the event itself. The full Red Sheet™ courses include modules on managing across cultures and linking personality and behaviour to the event.

Full Red Sheet™ 3 day advanced course

The three day advanced negotiation training is based around the full Red Sheet and includes video examples of negotiation and interviews with leading negotiators. Over the three days delegates explore in depth all aspects of purchasing negotiations, negotiation planning and the tactics, techniques and behaviours required for success. This course also includes a module on linking personality of team members to the type of negotiation being conducted. The three days culminate in a full role play team based negotiation which is recorded on video and delegates get are provided with a DVD of their performance. Alternatively this course can be provided with one-on-one vidoe role play negotiations or even one-on-one and team based negotiations (requiring extended course duration). An excellent and inspirational course for any purchasing practitioner who is serious about negotiation.

Full Red Sheet™ 2 day intermediate course

This two day intermeidate negotiation training is based around the full Red Sheet™ and includes most of the content found on the three day advanced course but with a basic role play negotiation. Over the two days delegates explore in depth all aspects of purchasing negotiations, negotiation planning and the tactics, techniques and behaviours required for success. This course also includes a module on linking personality of team members to the type of negotiation being conducted. Essential for any practitioners who are serious about negotiation however if you want more practical experience then try the three day advanced course. Alternatively we can offer a series of two, two day courses at different times, the first being the introduction and the second being intense role play to practice and develop skills.

Red Sheet™ Lite 2 day intermediate course

This two day intermediate level course is built around the Red Sheet™ Lite negotiation tool and takes delegates through the fundamentals of negotiation. The course includes developing business requirements and linking them to the negotiation, the balance of power, planning the negotiation approach and the techniques and tactics for the event itself. This course includes a team based video role play or alternatively we can provide a one-to-one video role play negotiation scenario. This course is ideal for developing teams or to plan simple eveyday negotiations, or for one-on-one buyer/seller meetings.

Red Sheet™ Lite 1 day awareness course

This one way awareness level course is based around the Red Sheet™ Lite and covers all the fundamentals of negotiation. Delgates learn about planning for a negotiation, understanding and changing the balance of power and some of the tactics and techniques that can make the even itself successful.
