We offer a range of competency assessment programs. We can provide a full interview based assessment of a global team or provide an individual personal competency assessment and development plan. Our competency assessment program is based around our competency framework which defines the capabilties the modern purchasing practitioner needs. This is modular and can be adjusted to include specific additional assessments including leadership and team skills. Delegates being by taking an on-line self assessment the results of which are then discussed during a one-to-one interview with a seasoned purchasing practitioner. Finally a development plan is agreed and the candidate receives a full summary report with analysis. Competency Assessments at team or company wide level include a full suite of management reporting as well as recommendations for people development programs moving forward.
